After accessing the website mypoochbags.com and logging into their personal account, the User may proceed with the online purchase of My Cute Pooch products, filling in all the requested information. The User will be informed of the status of their purchase through an email confirming the order. The User's order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the address indicated in the registration process. The purchase invoice will be sent by email after the payment confirmation message. Bolflex – A. Ferreira & Pereira, Lda reserves the right not to accept any orders or to cancel orders already confirmed for products for which there is no stock, in which case Bolflex – A. Ferreira & Pereira, Lda will inform the User of this fact and will refund the amount received.

Ferreira & Pereira, Lda will ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, and on the days and times used by the logistics company, to the address indicated by the User at the time of order confirmation. Bolflex – A. Ferreira & Pereira, Lda undertakes to fulfill the order between the 2nd day after payment and up to a maximum period of 30 days from the date of payment validation.
- Modification of Terms and Conditions
Bolflex – A. Ferreira & Pereira, Lda. reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, after notification, which is considered to have been made through publication on the website mypoochbags.com. In cases where we are unable to contact the customer, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount within 15 business days.

Terms and Conditions — 7 years POOCH
"7 years, 7 days of campaigning"
POOCH's anniversary campaign runs from April 13th to 19th, with a different activation each day. Each campaign is valid only on the indicated day and cannot be combined with other promotions or campaigns in effect.
All promotions are available exclusively at mypoochbags.com and are subject to stock availability.
Campaign conditions per day
Day 1 – 13/04
15% discount on the POOCH model, valid on purchases over €100 on items from the new collection.
Day 2 – 14/04
Flash discount of -25% valid between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, on purchases over €100 from the new collection.
Day 3 – 15/04
Free shipping on all purchases, valid between 10:00 AM and 11:59 PM, applicable to all countries.
Day 4 – 16/04
15% discount on Mother's Day Packs, valid on purchases over €100 of items from the new collection, valid between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Day 5 – 17/04
As part of the Day 5 campaign, you'll receive a free accessory of your choice with purchases of €100 or more made at mypoochbags.com.
To take advantage of the offer, the customer must manually add the desired accessory to their shopping cart. The discount corresponding to the value of the accessory will be automatically applied at checkout, after reaching a minimum value of €100 in eligible products.
The minimum value of €100 does not include the selected accessory for the offer, and is calculated only based on the other items added to the cart.
If multiple accessories are added to the cart, the accessory with the lowest price will be considered as the offer.
This offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or campaigns and is subject to availability.
